gSender speed overrides not working while using gControl Panel
- This is a known bug as of gSender version 1.4.12, you may use the +/- buttons instead of the slider for now while we get this fixed
Router does not automatically starting up when running a job
- Ensure that the router is turned ON
- Check that your g-code has M3 and S commands, if not they must be programmed in by your CAM software
- If you cannot add it through CAM, you can use Program Events on gSender or edit the g-code file manually
Spindle speed control limited to 24,000 RPM
- Setup firmware settings again, then power cycle the SLB by turning it OFF then ON so that the changes can be applied
Collet gets stuck in the router
- Usually this can be solved by using the wrench to pry the collet downwards
- Most likely the collet was installed incorrectly which can cause it to bind, please see installation steps here
