Cut and Engrave only laser safe materials: Never cut materials that can generate toxic fumes or are dangerous to cut/engrave, such as
- PVC
- ABS
- Vinyl
- Fiberglass
Just like the Longmill and router settings for cnc router functionality we have created a general guideline for different materials and user settings. We advise that you use these settings as a general start point and dial in what works best for you and your specific materials. We encourage you to watch our video, go through our chart and slowly create your own to fit your specific needs

Organic Leather | Organic Leather tends to shrink and deform when cutting is attempted. Although one may be able to cut organic leather. Beware that as the leather shrinks and deforms it can become a fire hazard as the laser is no longer focused. |
